5. AI-Powered Services

Our platform uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to conduct concierge conversations, generate performer recommendations, and create event proposals.

What this means for your data:

• Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses in real time
• Anthropic's data usage policy applies to data processed through their API. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models.
• Your full conversation transcript is stored in our database to enable session resumption and to improve service quality
• AI-generated recommendations are based on your stated preferences and our verified performer database — not on external data collection or profiling

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information. We will not sell your personal information.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

With performers you are matched with:

When you approve a recommendation and give the green light, we share your name, event details, and contact information with the matched performer to facilitate the booking. We do not share your information with performers until you have explicitly consented.

With service providers:

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Supabase (database hosting) — stores your information securely
• Vercel (website hosting) — hosts our website and serverless functions
• Anthropic (AI provider) — processes chatbot conversations
• Resend (email delivery) — sends transactional emails including proposals, confirmations, and follow-ups

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards.

For legal reasons:

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers:

If Turnkey Events A.I. is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

7. Your Event Details Are Private

We built this platform on a specific promise: your event details stay private.

• Your event information is never posted publicly on our website or any third-party directory
• Your details are never shared with performers who are competing for your business
• We do not blast your event requirements to multiple vendors for competing quotes
• Only performers you approve will receive your contact information

8. Data Retention

Client conversation data: We retain chatbot transcripts and lead information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up and re-engagement. You may request deletion at any time.

Performer profiles: Active performer profiles are retained for the duration of your participation on the platform. If you deactivate or request removal, we will delete your profile within 30 days.

Newsletter subscribers: We retain your email until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.

Automatically collected data: Log data and analytics information are retained for up to 12 months.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) across our entire platform
• Secure database hosting with access controls and authentication
• Role-based access limited to authorized personnel
